The Palm Beach-Martin Counties Chapter was formed in December 1992 with 112 members. This was a separation from the Palm Beach Area Chapter to accommodate the many members residing in the North end of Palm Beach County. Currently we have 281 members; 80% reside in the towns of Jupiter/Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Our membership breakdown is Army 77, Navy 74, Air Force 67, Marines 16, Coast Guard 6, Auxiliary 40 and Honorary 1.

ACTIVITIES: The Chapter meets the last Tuesday of each month (except July & August) for a Dinner with a speaker or entertainment. The meetings begin with a cocktail hour at 1800 Hours and Dinner at 1900 Hours, The meetings are held at the Members Club at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens.  Visiting MOAA members are welcome. Our active Social Events Committee has organized a Caribbean Cruise, Dinner Theater events, Jai Alai and Dog Track outings, a trip to the Miami Fontainebleau Hotel show, and Welcome Back and Farewell Snow Bird parties.

The Chapter currently supports JROTC Programs at six local schools. In 1997 we made a contribution of $1000. And in 1998 $1700 To the MOAA National Scholarship Fund.
