2. Beef Bourguignon served with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Onions, and Garlic on a bed of Yukon Mashed Potatoes.
3. Stuffed Bell Pepper with Jasmine Rice, Assorted Vegetables, and Basil, served with Red Pepper Hummus Sauce
