President and Secretary for the upcoming year, even if they have not been
installed, NLT 1 January each year and any changes thereafter during the year.
NOTE: If there are no changes you may so indicate on this form or contact
Council Secretary. After completing the form, click on the SUBMIT button
at the end of the form. It will be sent to the Secretary
by e-mail.
