The publication cycle is an issue on each of the "even" numbered months (Feb, Apr,
Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec) plus a "convention" issue in April. Each issue will be available
online in a PDF document format. If you don't currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader

The deadline for each issue is usually two weeks before the publication month. Submit
your inputs to Mick Cotten, Editor, via email which is available in the most current
issue of the Communiqué
